He’s a born and bred entrepreneur and has never been afraid to roll up his sleeves to get the job done. 

Pat’s vast experience in Real Estate have allowed him to develop numerous strategies for negotiating and securing investments for his clients. He strives to provide sound advice, ensure the best outcome for his clients whether selling or acquiring Real Estate. And because of his investment background he’s built a reputation for being a tough negotiator among his peers as well as for finding the best deals in BC. His relationships with Banks and Mortgage lenders often provide unique opportunities for his clients with access to unconventional properties, including Foreclosures, Estate Sales, Distressed Properties, Divorce Sales as well as others.

A proud family man, Pat his wife and two children often enjoy spending time together outdoors, fishing, boating and camping. Pat’s family has been a part of many Vancouver communities, including Downtown, East Vancouver, Surrey and various municipalities within the Tri-Cities area for the majority of their lives. Today, they call the Tri-Cities home.
